INSPIRED BY MOM

As a grade-schooler, Shaylynn Hamada learned how to bake from her mother. At first, learning was a struggle as she worked to perfect her recipes. She stuck with it, and over the years, her passion for baking grew.
Shay began sharing her craft and love for baking by making treats as holiday gifts for her family and friends. With her mom’s encouragement, she made and sold snacks at craft fairs around Oahu.
In 2014, she founded Snacks Galore Hawaii. Today, you’ll find her specialty local snacks here online, at craft fairs (pre-COVID 19), and at stores throughout the islands. She also launched a fundraising program for groups and sports teams to raise money for special events, trips, and projects.
Whether for yourself or for a friend, Snacks Galore snacks make people happy. Snacks have the power to comfort and bring people together.
Shay strives to offer the highest quality local style snacks at reasonable prices. Her mission is to continue to satisfy cravings in the most delicious ways, and to fill the world with love and aloha one snack at a time.
